- Prep Consult: Generic plans get you nowhere, but a customised plan means I have to get to know you before you lift a single weight or change your eating. So, we spend as long as we need discussing your work, lifestyle, preferences, and so on, all so I can create a plan that works specifically for you.
- Training Programme One of the best ways to transform your body is squeezing every last drop out of each exercise. So, you record your workouts and send them to me for critique, so you can train safer and for even better results. The plan itself comes from our first consult and assessment week and is one of the cornerstones to your new fitness and shape.
- Weekly Accountability Check-ins: This program is designed to keep you moving towards that fitter, stronger you. Your client blueprint is central to this, as it’s how we check in each week to keep your fat-burning, body-changing progress going. Check-ins might be “express” if you’re tracking well (you just fill out your weekly details) or “deep” if you’ve hit hurdles - either way, I’ll talk you through your next moves with a personal video each week.
- Diet and Nutrition Plan: Enjoy delicious meals even as your body’s torching off fat. You get as much or as little support from me as you need, and can also track your food on the LRF app.
