I still remember my first client.
She was desperate to be in the perfect shape for her wedding day. I’d been teaching fitness classes prior to that, but gladly took on the challenge to get her body in as special condition as the day would be.
Needless to say, both her and her new husband were very happy with the result!
In the years since, I’ve spent each and every week helping people find their “hidden” selves… a more powerful and stronger person capable of feats they never dreamed of.
When the lockdowns made face-to-face coaching impossible, I used online training to guide people keen to shed the quarantine pounds, improve their mental health and come out the other side fitter than they’ve ever been.
But this story isn’t really about me… it’s about you.

Since starting as a personal trainer in Bedford, it’s been my mission to help anyone who’s felt this frustration find better health, greater strength and new confidence.

Nutrition coaching involves a lot more than just telling people to eat chicken, rice, and broccoli 3 times a day. It’s something you need to be properly qualified for if you’re going to truly help people. I use these skills to help you melt off fat faster, whether you’re in the gym or in the kitchen
