In 2022, I weighed a colossal 194kg . I couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes without intense back pain. Walking even short distances made me sweat profusely, and a five-minute journey required several rest stops.

It was becoming a serious problem. The most mortifying moment was trying to travel by train, struggling to fit down the aisle and then enduring hours of pain as the immovable armrest dug into my side. Something had to change.

That’s when I decided to invest in a personal trainer. With Luke’s support, I gained the training knowledge and structure I had been severely lacking. After several months, I had lost a significant amount of weight and felt dramatically better, just in time for my wedding day.

Beyond the physical changes, Luke quite literally saved my life (words from my doctor). I was dealing with chronic liver issues, and later confirmed that my health markers had returned to the healthy range as a direct result of the lifestyle changes we made.

After moving house, I decided to train solo due to distance. By that point, Luke had given me not just results, but confidence, education, and independence in the gym. He also inspired me to become a personal trainer myself, so I could help others the way he helped me.

Today, I weigh 98kg, having lost almost 100kg. I owe my transformation and my health to him.
